Jurisdiction
Local Tax Administration shall determine, control and collection of own revenues of the municipality, namely:
- Makes a decisions on fixing the value of the property,
- Keeps a single register of taxpayers and accounting source of municipal revenues,
- Receives and process of tax returns,
- Apply for legal proceedings for the offense in the area of source of income,
- Issues the certificates of facts contained in the official records,
- Conducts regular and enforced collection of own revenues of the municipality
- Maintain and develop a single information system for the identification, collection and control of the source of income of the municipality.
